Langs Wholesale Bakery was founded In 

 1984 in order to provide the growing Jewish Community of San Diego with 1st rate Kosher baked goods and has since been integrated into the PF bakeries family in 2013. 

PF bakeries are rooted in integrity, fostering honest core values, and we believe in the art of homemade baked goods. That’s why we never skimp, and we handcraft everything we do with high quality, natural, and locally-sourced ingredients. 

Our bagels are old world crafted, hand boiled in our kettles, seeded on top and bottom, placed on burlap boards and baked in our special stone ovens 

From artfully crafted Pita, to Custom Cakes, Cookies, Danishes, Brownies, Bagels, Rugelach, and Babke, we do it all!
